Booking Procedure

Selecting a most suitable yacht involves many factors. Our experts are available to help you in decision making. You will be facilitated in choosing a right yacht according to number of people and your requirements. You get multiple options. Select the most suitable in accordance with your budget. However, general guide line for booking as follows:

50% of down payment for booking confirmation and remaining on board (Prior to departure)
One of our sales staff will attend and facilitate you for all of your questions you can mention regarding your Pick and drop, cake, catering (food), decoration etc.
Once you get the best deal confirmation will be done once you pay.
All chartering have Vat @ 5%, it will be collect from the respective bookings.

You Need to Know

As advised by the Dubai Coast Guard, Guests must bring original passport or Emirates identity Card at trip time
Yacht Trips always need Dubai Coast Guard approval (company takes this approval) based on weather conditions.
Dubai Marina Yacht Club is the point for welcome and good bye.
We request guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to trip time. In case, guests arrive late, the time cannot be compensated.
All yachts are well retained by good-natured captains and service crew on board.

Photography

Remember to carry fully charged camera/mobile as there are numerous worthy sights you love to capture.
Refrain from photographing Arab women and girls unless you request and get permission.
Picturing government buildings or military installations is illegal.

Damage waiver and liabilities

If there’s any damages caused to the Yachts or Boats as a direct result of the actions for the client or their guests. The damage and causes of the damage will be notified to the client in writing within 24 hours. A respective contractor will be instructed to provide an official quotation for the repair or replacement of the damaged area. This quote will be forwarded to the client or guest and the amount need to settle within the prior. Any disputed to the damage caused can be registered to the Operations Manager at Beach Riders Dubai.
Any extra cleaning required as a result of your charter is deemed chargeable under damage waiver agreement.
Anything  incurred through the local marine authority as a direct action or failure to comply with our policies by the lead named charterer or their guests will be chargeable under the damage waiver.
No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred by accident, injury, sickness or death.
All persons under the age of 21 years must be supervised by a mature adult.
No animals or pets of any sort may be taken on board as per UAE laws.
No Smoking throughout the yachts interior. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of the charter.
Children below 1 year old are allowed onboard yachts of 42ft plus.

Cancellations and re-schedule

We  reserve the right to cancel any bookings made. In the event of a cancellation, no liability shall fall on us. Duties paid shall be refunded in full to the named charterer.
Cancellations will only occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure and satisfactory upgrade options are available. Coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the charter from going ahead are included.
Cancellation fee retention policy
50% of the booking value retained up to 72hrs prior to the charter time and date.
100% of booking value retained within 72hrs of the booking time and date.
Due to bad weather condition or mechanical failure, the chartered program will re-schedule in the next convenient day as per the request.

The Charterer has the right to cancel free of listed charges above if any of the following occur;
Weather is deemed unsafe or a warning has been issued by the coastguard.
Beach Riders Dubai fail to provide an agreed operation aspect of the charter on the day of the charter.
Cancellations must be confirmed by the client prior to the charter time lapsing.

Attire

Footwear must be removed before boarding our yachts internal surface.
