- Carry your own Towels & Costumes.
- Safety precautions: Not recommended for pregnant travelers, individuals with recent major surgery or those experiencing chronic back or neck pains, etc.
- Instructor's discretion: The instructor has the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed unfit for the activity.
- Avoid heavy food and alcohol: It is advised to refrain from consuming heavy meals or alcoholic beverages before and after the activity.
- Swimming ability: Participants should be capable of swimming or treading water.

- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

There are two types of parasailing, the aquatic and the terrestrial, the aquatic way to practice parasailing is over water, where you will be attached to a motorboat and the terrestrial way of practicing parasailing is over land and you are attached to a jeep.
In order to receive a refund on your deposit, notification of cancellation is required 72 hours in advance prior to the activity date. Should you cancel your trip less than 72 hours prior to the activity date, or fail to show up for the scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded.
